Our residential floors use a hybrid, epoxy/polyaspartic system. You get the benefits of each, without the negatives. Installed generally from May to October.

A low viscosity epoxy primer easily absorbs into the concrete surface, creating a deep, permanent bond
A pigmented polyaspartic base coat dries quickly and covers up the ugly concrete below it
Flakes are broadcast into the base coat to cover the floor and give you the beautiful look you want
A polyaspartic top coat seals in the flakes, and provides UV and scratch protection for years to come
